Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hawaii Spa’s services. By booking a session with Hawaii Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

1. Service Description

Hawaii Spa provides professional in-home massage services for adult males in Da Nang, Vietnam. Services are delivered by professional female therapists to client locations including homes, hotel rooms and resort suites. Services available include VIP Massage, Body Massage, Foot Massage, Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Therapeutic Massage.

2. Eligibility

Hawaii Spa’s services are available exclusively to:

  • Adult males aged 18 and above
  • Individuals located within Hawaii Spa’s service area in Da Nang
  • Individuals who are in good health and have no contraindications to massage therapy

By booking a service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are made via WhatsApp, Telegram or phone. A booking is confirmed only when Hawaii Spa sends written confirmation of your session details including therapist assignment and estimated arrival time. Verbal or unconfirmed requests do not constitute a confirmed booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate location information at the time of booking
  • Be present and ready at your location at the confirmed session time
  • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries or contraindications relevant to massage therapy
  • Treat your therapist with respect and professionalism throughout the session
  • Make payment in cash at the end of the session as agreed

5. Prohibited Conduct

Hawaii Spa provides professional therapeutic and wellness massage services only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund:

  • Any request for sexual services or inappropriate physical contact
  • Verbal or physical harassment or abuse directed at the therapist
  • Intoxication or impairment at the time of session delivery
  • Recording of the session in any form without prior written consent
  • Sharing therapist contact information without Hawaii Spa’s authorization

6. Therapist Rights

Hawaii Spa therapists have the right to terminate any session immediately if a client engages in prohibited conduct, makes the therapist feel unsafe or violates these terms in any way. In such cases, the full session fee is payable regardless of session duration.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hawaii Spa is not liable for any injury, adverse reaction or health outcome resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical conditions prior to a session. Clients are responsible for ensuring that massage therapy is appropriate for their health status. Hawaii Spa therapists are massage professionals, not medical practitioners, and their services do not constitute medical advice or treatment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in Da Nang, Vietnam.
