Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines how payments are made for Hawaii Spa services, accepted payment methods and the conditions that apply to all transactions.

1. Payment Method

Hawaii Spa accepts cash payment only. All sessions are paid directly to your therapist in cash (Vietnamese Dong – VND) at the end of your session. We do not accept credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets or any other form of digital payment at this time.

2. When Payment Is Made

Payment is made after your session is complete – not before and not during. No upfront deposit or prepayment is required at the time of booking. You pay your therapist in cash at the conclusion of your session.

3. Pricing

Current pricing for all services is as follows:

VIP Massage

  • 60 minutes: 600.000 VND (~$24)
  • 90 minutes: 850.000 VND (~$34)
  • 120 minutes: 1.100.000 VND (~$44)

Body Massage

  • 60 minutes: 500.000 VND (~$20)
  • 90 minutes: 700.000 VND (~$28)
  • 120 minutes: 900.000 VND (~$36)

Foot Massage

  • 45 minutes: 300.000 VND (~$12)
  • 60 minutes: 400.000 VND (~$16)
  • 90 minutes: 550.000 VND (~$22)

Relaxation Massage

  • 60 minutes: 500.000 VND (~$20)
  • 90 minutes: 700.000 VND (~$28)
  • 120 minutes: 900.000 VND (~$36)

Hot Stone Massage

  • 60 minutes: 650.000 VND (~$26)
  • 90 minutes: 900.000 VND (~$36)
  • 120 minutes: 1.200.000 VND (~$48)

Therapeutic Massage

  • 60 minutes: 600.000 VND (~$24)
  • 90 minutes: 850.000 VND (~$34)
  • 120 minutes: 1.100.000 VND (~$44)

All prices are fully inclusive — essential oils, towels, equipment and travel to your location. No hidden fees.

4. Currency

All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). USD equivalents shown are approximate and based on current exchange rates. Payment is accepted in VND only. We recommend having the correct amount in VND at the time of your session to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Tipping

Tipping is not required and is entirely at the client’s discretion. If you wish to tip your therapist for exceptional service, this is welcomed and appreciated. Tipping is given directly to the therapist in cash.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact Hawaii Spa via WhatsApp or Telegram immediately following your session. We will review the matter promptly and resolve any discrepancy fairly. All pricing is agreed at the time of booking confirmation – no additional charges are applied after confirmation without client consent.

7. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees, where applicable, are paid directly to Hawaii Spa via the method agreed at the time of cancellation. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details of when fees apply.
