  • Location, home address, hotel name and room number
  • Service preferences, session type, duration, essential oil preference
  • Health information voluntarily shared for therapeutic purposes (e.g. injuries, conditions, pressure preferences)

We do not collect payment card information. All payments are made in cash after your session.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Confirming and scheduling your booking
  • Assigning an appropriate therapist based on your location and session requirements
  • Communicating session details, arrival time and therapist information
  • Providing appropriate therapeutic care based on health information you share

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising or any purpose beyond the direct delivery of your booked service.

3. Information We Do Not Share

Hawaii Spa does not share, sell, rent or disclose your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. Your booking details, health information and contact information remain strictly confidential within our team and are used solely to deliver your session.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking information only for the period necessary to deliver your service and manage any follow-up communication you initiate. We do not maintain long-term client databases. If you wish to have your information removed from our records, contact us at any time and we will delete it promptly.

5. Communication Security

All client communication is conducted through encrypted messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram). We recommend that clients use these platforms for all booking and service communication. We will never ask for sensitive personal or financial information through any communication channel.

6. Children’s Privacy

Hawaii Spa’s services are intended exclusively for adult males. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

7. Changes to This Policy
